  • Chris Pallett
    Managing Director

    Bespoke Computing
    » View Member Profile

Chris started his career at the age of just 16 when he worked for world-leading engineering giant ABB, implementing computer installations designed to run large-scale industrial applications including oil rigs in the North Sea and power stations in China. He also worked for Siemens Energy Services working on systems behind the pre-payment gas meter network for the whole of the UK.

He now works with business leaders to take away the burden and frustration of their technology and communications strategies, helping them to increase their profitability.

With two decades in the industry, Chris brings his passion and understanding of technology to the TBP Board, and he's keen to develop technology-based ideas that will help the network and its members thrive in the long term.

It's all a far cry from his ambition when he was younger - he wanted to be a fast jet pilot in the Royal Air Force!

Jan brings great drive, a challenging mind and her experience of leading other networking groups to her role as Chair of the TBP Board. Her aim is to help the Partnership grow so local businesses can meet like-minded people and share partnership working opportunities.

In her younger days, Jan used to be a dancer and a child model - even appearing on the box of the family board game "Twister"!

  • Paul Brennan

    Adastra Associates Limited
    » View Member Profile

Paul spent 28 years in the RAF - nine years of operational flying, eight years of flying training and 11 years as a specialist training officer. After he retired in 2001, he decided to use his experience of training and his educational qualifications to become a freelance management development trainer.

As the owner/director of his own company, Paul enjoys dealing with every aspect of the training cycle from analysis through design, delivery and evaluation.

In his role as a TBP Board member, he brings a fresh perspective on the needs of SME owners on both their personal and corporate development requirements.

Although he was trained as an Air Electronics Operator in the RAF (specialising in radar, communications and electronic warfare), Paul flew around 1,500 hours as a co-pilot in the Dominie, the military version of an executive jet.
